Prospect Research Associate will be responsible primarily for identifying and
providing gift capacity estimates of potential donors to AJC; and preparing
prospect profiles and briefing reports to inform Development solicitations and
identify, collect, organize, manage, and analyze information on potential and
current donors of strategic importance to AJC in order to enhance the ability
of lay leaders, AJC’s CEO, Development staff, and other solicitors to
successfully acquire support for activities and programs. The individual does

Personal Qualifications and Core
degree required; Master’s degree, preferred.
minimum of 2-4 years of experience in building or managing a prospect research
with statistics and statistical analysis.
